although I have been dosed with bronchitis, severe chest pain, and esophagus lining irritation making it hard to breathe and swallow I still made it my duty to do back workout today. My work out today consisted of 5 sets of 20 reps on the lever seated low row machine. Also I did 5 sets of 36 reps on the leverage high row machine, alternating from front grip to reverse grip, and wide grip for 12 reps during each set. Last but not least after feeling the burn right away from slow releasing through all reps for better retraction of my lats. Last but not least I then did 5 sets of 15 reps of dumbbell front lateral raise with 10 lbs to get that burn on my deltoids.
